What is included in the SOL WELLNESS PACKAGE?

The member receives 8 services per month for 6 months for total of 48 services:  4 SOL MEDIAL SPA SERVICES, 2 FITNESS SERVICES, 2 INFRARED THERAPY SESSIONS.  Additionally, members receive discounts on merchandise and additional services.  A full price list will available upon activating your membership.  

What if I don't use all my services in a month?

All services must be used each month.  Services do not roll over and are non transferrable.  Fortunately we do virtual services and make house-calls. House-calls incur an additional service and travel fee. The fee varies by service and location.

Are vaccines required to receive services?

Vaccines are not required for services.  Masks are required in the common areas.  Masks can be removed while receiving services.

How do I book?

You receive a booking link to schedule your appointments.  It's very quick and easy.

What if I miss my appointment?

We understand that things happen.  The grace period is 7 minutes.  Appointments can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.  Appointments canceled within 24 hours are forfeited unless we are able to replace the booking with another client.  In that case we will notify you that your service is still available to you.  

I tried booking and there are no slots available?

We are so happy to service all of our clients.  We recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.  Your membership entitles you VIP access to the booking schedule one week before everyone else.  Additionally, you can waitlist yourself as people do cancel occasionally.  Occasionally there are extended hours appointments as early as 6AM and as late as 10PM. Extended hours appointments incur an additional service fee.  The fee varies by time and day.  

Can I bring a guest with me?

You may bring a one guest for acupuncture services, as we encourage you to have your support system around.  Unfortunately guests are not allowed for other services.   We do have some massage services that are intended for couples.  Some fitness services can include a guest.  Please put in your request at booking to ensure we can accommodate you.  Otherwise we have a very lovely outdoor waiting area.  

Are children allowed?

We actually service children for acupuncture, nutrition and fitness.  The above guest rules apply.

How long will this promotion last?

We are only offering 43 memberships for 2022, while accepting our last member in the month of May.  Once all 43 memberships are signed, the deal goes away forever.  This package will never be offered again at this price.

You offer so many services, how do I know what to pick?

On your 15 call we go over your health concerns and we make a recommendation to you. Of course you are free to try all available services.  Additionally over time as your body gets healthier and stronger we may make a recommendation for different services.

Can I do all services in one day?

You can book multiple services in one day.  Some services should not be performed together and you will be notified of any conflicts.

What if I want my money back?

Unfortunately there are no refunds on this product and the membership is non transferable. You are signing up for a 6 month membership.  There are only 43 memberships available.  This is an exclusive product.  Be certain of your membership before you purchase.  You can visit our website and socials and even book a tour to see if this is a good fit for you.  Honestly, with this package you are getting services that typically cost around $120 for less than $33 per service.  In the event of some unforeseen circumstances you can submit a request for a refund or a transfer of liability and it will be considered.  Requests must be signed, dated and submitted in writing, via mail or email.  If approved you will be notified in writing.  

Why are you offering such a low price?

Sol Centrix doesn't want anyone to be priced out.  We offer a full range of higher end services, but not many "entry" services for clients.  Although they are spa like, the services are medicinal in nature and have a healing effect. Self care is a right.  Health is a right.  Patient eduction comes with all of the services so that our clients can maintain their progress on their own.
